Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Lead internal controls implementation and SOX compliance initiatives
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for 5 business units
- Direct accounts payable/receivable operations and treasury functions
- Partner with department heads on financial strategy and cost optimization
- Supervise 4-person finance team and mentor junior staff
- Implement financial systems improvements and process automation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA required
- 8+ years progressive accounting experience with 3+ in leadership
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite/SAP) and Excel modeling
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process improvement
- Excellent communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
- Proven track record in managing financial operations in growth environments
