Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end close, financial reporting, and budgeting
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX requirements
- Lead financial analysis initiatives to support strategic business decisions
- Manage and mentor a team of 5+ finance professionals
- Collaborate with executive team on forecasting, KPI tracking, and capital allocation
- Streamline financial processes using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
Qualifications
- CPA certification required with 8+ years progressive finance experience
- Proven track record in public accounting and corporate finance leadership
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
- Expertise in SOX compliance and internal control frameworks
