Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, and month-end close processes
- Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
- Lead financial reporting for executive stakeholders and board members
- Analyze financial trends and provide strategic recommendations to leadership
- Manage audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors
- Mentor junior finance professionals and optimize team workflows
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA required
- 8+ years progressive accounting experience in corporate settings
- 5+ years in leadership/supervisory roles
- Expertise in financial reporting, GAAP, and SOX compliance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution preferred
