Responsibilities
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Develop and implement robust internal controls and SOX compliance frameworks
- Collaborate with executive team on financial strategy, forecasting, and budgeting
- Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting and analytics
- Mentor junior finance team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA required)
- 8+ years of progressive finance experience in corporate environments
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools
- Strong leadership experience managing finance teams of 5+ professionals
- Proven track record in process optimization and financial analysis
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executive stakeholders
