Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end closing processes and ensure GAAP compliance across 15+ business units
- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting cycles with $500M+ portfolio responsibility
- Develop financial models to support M&A initiatives and market expansion
- Collaborate with C-suite to present strategic financial insights to the Board
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Mentor 5+ financial analysts and drive team development
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years in corporate finance leadership
- Experience in Fortune 500 or equivalent complex organization
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data visualization tools
- Proven track record of process optimization and cost reduction
- Strong stakeholder management skills with executive presence
- MBA or Master's in Finance from top-tier institution
