Responsibilities
- Lead month-end/quarter-end close processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Oversee financial reporting including SEC filings and internal dashboards
- Develop and implement robust internal controls and compliance frameworks
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide strategic insights
- Manage audit processes and liaise with external auditors
- Mentor junior finance staff and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with operational leaders on budget forecasting and variance analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or MBA required
- 10+ years progressive finance experience with 5+ in leadership
- Expertise in complex financial reporting (SEC filings, GAAP)
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Excel modeling
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience in manufacturing or energy sector preferred
- Proven ability to lead high-performance finance teams
