Responsibilities
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Ensure SOX compliance and internal controls implementation
- Manage audit processes and regulatory reporting
- Develop financial models for strategic decision-making
- Mentor junior finance team members
- Collaborate with executive leadership on financial strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 8+ years in corporate finance with 3+ in controller role
- Expertise in GAAP and SOX compliance
- Advanced Excel and ERP system proficiency (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
