Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end close processes and financial reporting
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure compliance with SOX regulations

- Manage relationships with auditors and regulatory bodies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting; MBA or CPA preferred
- 8+ years progressive finance experience with 3+ in leadership
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial modeling
