Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or MBA required
- 10+ years progressive accounting experience in corporate environments
- 5+ years in leadership roles with team management responsibilities
- Expert proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel modeling
- Proven track record in SOX compliance and internal control implementation
- Strong strategic planning and business partnering capabilities
