Responsibilities
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Manage financial reporting and compliance with GAAP standards
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Direct accounts payable/receivable and treasury operations
- Collaborate with executive team on strategic financial initiatives
- Implement process improvements for financial controls
- Mentor junior accounting staff
Qualifications
- CPA certification required
- 7+ years progressive accounting experience
- 3+ years in controller role
- Expertise in financial reporting systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong knowledge of corporate tax regulations
- Experience with SOX compliance
- Advanced Excel and data visualization skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (MBA preferred)
