Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting functions including month-end close, financial reporting, and compliance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning initiatives
- Manage and develop a team of 5+ accounting professionals
- Implement internal controls and process improvements
- Collaborate with executive leadership on financial strategy
- Ensure GAAP compliance and regulatory filings
- Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive accounting experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Strong technical proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite/Oracle) and Excel
- Proven experience in corporate financial reporting and analysis
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
