Responsibilities
- Oversee all month-end/year-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for corporate divisions
- Drive process improvements in financial controls and compliance
- Manage audit preparation and external reporting requirements
- Lead a team of 5 financial analysts and accountants
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic financial initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive finance experience with 3+ in leadership
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and financial modeling tools
- Strong GAAP knowledge and SOX compliance experience
- Proven track record in process optimization
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
