Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial reporting processes including month-end/quarter-end close activities
- Lead internal controls implementation and SOX compliance initiatives
- Manage financial planning and analysis (FP&A) for $500M+ revenue portfolio
- Develop and maintain robust budgeting and forecasting models
- Collaborate with executive team on strategic financial decision-making
- Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives
- Mentor junior finance professionals and drive team development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA or MBA preferred
- 8+ years progressive finance experience in corporate or financial services
- Expertise in financial reporting, internal controls, and SOX compliance
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel (Power Query/PivotTables)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into insights
- Proven experience managing finance teams of 5+ professionals
- Experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
