Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end close, GL maintenance, and financial reporting
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives
- Manage audit processes and ensure SOX compliance across 15+ entities
- Develop financial models and KPI dashboards for executive decision-making
- Direct a team of 5 finance professionals and mentor junior staff
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments on financial strategy
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years progressive accounting experience
- Strong expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial reporting
- Proven track record in leading audit processes and compliance initiatives
- Advanced Excel skills with VBA proficiency and BI tool experience
- Excellent communication skills with executive presence
- Corporate finance experience in a mid-sized organization
