Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end close, budgeting, and forecasting
- Lead SOX compliance initiatives and internal control improvements
- Develop and maintain robust financial reporting systems for executive stakeholders
- Drive process optimization across finance and treasury functions
- Mentor a team of 5+ financial analysts and controllers
- Partner with C-suite on strategic financial planning and M&A activities
- Implement and manage ERP system enhancements (SAP/Oracle)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting; CPA/MBA required
- 10+ years in corporate finance with 5+ in leadership
- Expertise in SOX compliance and GAAP/IFRS standards
- Proven success in scaling finance operations for $100M+ companies
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data visualization tools
- Strong strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience in fast-paced tech or fintech environments preferred
