Responsibilities
- Lead month-end/quarter-end closing processes with 100% accuracy
- Develop and implement financial forecasting models for 3 strategic business units
- Manage team of 5+ finance professionals with KPI-driven performance metrics
- Collaborate with C-suite on M&A transactions and capital allocation strategies
- Drive SOX compliance initiatives and internal control improvements
- Present financial insights to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years progressive finance experience
- Proven expertise in SaaS industry financial modeling and reporting
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite, SAP, and Power BI
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in high-growth environments
- Strong M&A transaction support background
- Excellent communication skills for executive presentations
