Responsibilities
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Develop and implement internal controls and SOX compliance frameworks
- Manage treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, and banking relationships
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for 15+ departments
- Drive process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Lead external audits and regulatory reporting initiatives
- Mentor finance team members and drive professional development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (MBA/CMA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive finance experience with 3+ in leadership
- Expertise in SOX compliance and internal controls
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial modeling
- Strong analytical skills with attention to regulatory changes
- Experience in energy or manufacturing sector highly valued
- CPA license required
