Responsibilities
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
- Oversee financial reporting packages for executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for corporate divisions
- Coordinate external audits and liaise with regulatory bodies
- Optimize accounting systems and implement process improvements
- Mentor junior finance professionals and lead cross-functional projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in corporate finance/controller roles
- Expertise in financial reporting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data clearly
