Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end closing processes, financial reporting, and variance analysis
- Lead SOX compliance initiatives and internal control implementations
- Manage treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, and banking relationships
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning cycles
- Collaborate with executive team on M&A transactions and due diligence
- Mentor finance team members and process improvement initiatives
- Ensure GAAP compliance and regulatory reporting accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CPA or MBA required
- 8+ years progressive accounting experience in corporate settings
- Expertise in SOX compliance and internal controls
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools
- Strong leadership with team management experience
- Excellent analytical and strategic problem-solving skills
- Experience in high-growth or publicly traded companies preferred
- Active NC CPA license required
