Responsibilities
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes and financial reporting for 500M+ revenue division
- Develop and implement financial controls to ensure SOX compliance and audit readiness
- Analyze financial data to inform strategic business decisions and cost optimization
- Manage treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, and banking relationships
- Serve as primary liaison between finance department and executive leadership
- Mentor junior finance staff and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes across 3 business units
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive financial management experience in manufacturing
- Expert proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and advanced Excel modeling
- Proven track record of leading SOX compliance programs
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 5+ professionals
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
