Responsibilities
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Oversee SOX compliance and internal controls implementation
- Develop and maintain financial models for strategic decision-making
- Manage treasury operations and banking relationships
- Collaborate with executive team on budget forecasting and KPI tracking
- Spearhead process improvements for financial operations
- Mentor junior finance staff and cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 7+ years in corporate finance
- Expertise in GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and financial analytics tools
- Demonstrated experience leading SOX 404 audits
- Strong background in multinational corporate environments
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Master's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
