- Oversee all accounting operations, including month-end close processes and financial reporting

- Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights to executive leadership

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience with 3+ years in controller role
- Strong expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional financial initiatives
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities for presenting complex financial data
