Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end close, financial reporting, and compliance
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for $500M+ revenue division
- Manage team of 5+ financial professionals and drive process improvements
- Develop internal controls and ensure SOX/GAAP compliance
- Present financial insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments on strategic initiatives
- Implement financial systems and process automation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA or MBA required
- 8+ years progressive accounting experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls
- Strong proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
- Proven ability to manage teams and mentor financial professionals
- Experience in public accounting or large corporate finance environment
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
