Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end/year-end close processes
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure SOX compliance
- Lead financial planning, analysis, and forecasting initiatives
- Manage external audit relationships and regulatory reporting
- Drive process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Present financial insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor accounting staff and foster continuous improvement culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA/MBA strongly preferred
- 10+ years progressive accounting experience with 5+ in leadership
- Expertise in SOX compliance and financial controls
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and data visualization tools
- Proven track record in financial reporting and process optimization
- Strong analytical skills with attention to regulatory compliance
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
