Responsibilities
- Oversee all corporate accounting functions including month-end close, financial reporting, and budgeting
- Lead audit processes and ensure SOX compliance across all financial operations
- Develop and implement strategic financial controls to mitigate risks
- Manage a team of 5+ accounting professionals and provide mentorship
- Collaborate with executive leadership on financial strategy and forecasting
- Optimize financial systems and processes for efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or MBA required
- 10+ years in corporate accounting with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in SOX compliance and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel
- Strong experience managing audit processes and regulatory compliance
- Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
