- Manage GL operations and ensure SOX compliance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis initiatives
- Drive process improvements in financial systems and controls
- Collaborate with executive team on strategic financial planning
- Mentor finance staff and develop department KPIs
- Coordinate external audits and regulatory filings
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 7+ years in corporate finance
- Expertise in financial reporting and SOX compliance
- Proven experience in financial systems implementation
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Leadership experience managing finance teams
- Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel modeling
- Corporate banking or investment firm background preferred
