Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end close, financial reporting, and budget forecasting
- Lead internal controls implementation and SOX compliance initiatives
- Analyze financial data to identify cost optimization opportunities and growth drivers
- Manage treasury functions including cash flow management and banking relationships
- Collaborate with department heads to develop strategic financial plans
- Mentor and develop finance team members to enhance department capabilities
- Prepare executive dashboards and Board-level financial presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting; MBA or CPA strongly preferred
- 8+ years progressive accounting experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and corporate finance best practices
- Advanced proficiency in financial systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and driving process improvements
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executive stakeholders
