Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end close, financial reporting, and compliance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning processes
- Manage audit processes and ensure SOX compliance
- Develop financial models and provide analytical support to executive leadership
- Mentor and develop a team of 5+ accounting professionals
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments on financial strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or MBA required
- 8+ years progressive accounting experience with 3+ in leadership
- Strong proficiency in financial systems (SAP, Oracle) and Excel
- Experience with multi-entity reporting and complex consolidations
- Demonstrated success in process improvement initiatives
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Big 4 or corporate finance background preferred
