Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of core features for the 2026 platform using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to implement pixel-perfect, responsive, and accessible interfaces.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices and networks.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices and architectural standards.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and advocate for their integration into our tech stack.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional frontend development experience with a strong portfolio of deployed applications.
- Expert proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, and modern CSS (Sass/Styled-components).
- Deep understanding of web performance optimization techniques and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Experience with WebGL or 3D libraries (Three.js, Babylon.js) is a strong plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
