- Trend Forecasting: Continuously monitor emerging tech trends (Web3, Quantum Readiness, Advanced Biometrics) and assess their applicability to our product suite.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor a team of developers and strategists, ensuring alignment between current development and long-term vision.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential future risks in architectural decisions and implement adaptive strategies to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or strategic planning role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), microservices, and distributed systems.
