Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, robust AI infrastructure capable of handling next-generation data loads.
- Research & Development: Spearhead research into emerging AI paradigms, including generative models and predictive algorithms.
- System Integration: Integrate complex AI systems with legacy infrastructure, ensuring seamless interoperability and security.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-level executives to align technical roadmaps with long-term business objectives.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously refine algorithms to maximize efficiency and minimize latency in real-time processing.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust. Deep knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous technical challenges with innovative solutions.
