Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the architectural strategy for emerging technologies, including quantum-ready algorithms and AI-driven predictive systems.
- System Design: Design scalable, high-performance microservices and distributed systems capable of handling massive data loads and real-time neural processing.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Roadmap Execution: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Security & Compliance: Implement state-of-the-art security protocols to safeguard data integrity in decentralized and cloud-native environments.
- Proof of Concepts (PoC): Spearhead the development and testing of experimental technologies to validate feasibility before full-scale rollout.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Future Tech Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks and experience with quantum computing concepts or blockchain architecture.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, with a strong grasp of systems programming.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
