Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the implementation of the 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead the integration of autonomous systems and AI-driven workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical standards for next-generation software and hardware deployments.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies, identifying high-impact opportunities for disruption.
- Manage vendor relationships and partnerships with top-tier tech innovators to secure cutting-edge solutions.
- Mentor a team of technical leads, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and agile problem-solving.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of future-tech initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technical architecture, systems engineering, or IT strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology projects on time and within budget.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including Machine Learning, Blockchain, and IoT ecosystems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and DevOps methodologies.
- Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to executive stakeholders.
