Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Definition: Lead the architectural vision and technical strategy for the 2026 product evolution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- High-Level Design: Design scalable, fault-tolerant systems that can handle next-generation data loads and AI integration.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD is a plus.
- Experience: 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architecture role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and machine learning pipelines.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Adaptability: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving strategy in a fast-paced, agile environment.
