Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to identify and prioritize emerging technologies for the 2026 fiscal year and beyond.
- AI & Automation Integration: Spearhead the integration of Generative AI and autonomous systems into core business operations.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on global tech trends, including Spatial Computing, Blockchain, and Sustainable Tech.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of innovation engineers and product strategists.
- Vendor Selection: Evaluate and select technology partners that align with our long-term 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Product Management, or Strategic Consulting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Cloud Architecture, and Data Analytics.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership.
