Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and drive the long-term technical vision, identifying emerging technologies that will dominate the market by 2026.
- Lead AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of next-gen AI models into core products, focusing on efficiency, ethics, and scalability.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee a dedicated research division exploring AGI, edge computing, and neural interfaces.
- Talent & Culture: Mentor senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Executive Collaboration: Translate complex technical strategies into clear business value for C-suite stakeholders and investors.
- Feasibility Analysis: Conduct rigorous feasibility studies to ensure ambitious future projects are grounded in reality.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior strategic or leadership role.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to predict tech trends and translate them into actionable product roadmaps.
- Technical Depth: Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Cloud Architecture, and Distributed Systems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
