Responsibilities
- Define and architect the technical roadmap leading up to and including the 2026 global deployment.
- Lead the integration of generative AI models into core legacy systems to enhance predictive capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate futuristic concepts into scalable software solutions.
- Conduct rigorous R&D on emerging tech stacks (Quantum-ready architecture, Edge AI, Neuromorphic computing).
- Oversee the security and ethical implications of AI deployment in high-stakes environments.
- Mentor junior architects and foster a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on AI and Machine Learning integration.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale system migrations or product launches.
- Deep understanding of the 2026 tech landscape, including advanced AI trends and quantum computing fundamentals.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a "build it to break it" mentality.
