Responsibilities

- Present strategic forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring future-readiness across 15+ business units
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on forward-looking research initiatives
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Horizon Academy program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite leadership
- Proven track record of scaling businesses through future-oriented transformations
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Published author or keynote speaker at Davos/WEF events preferred
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proficiency in strategic modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Experience managing >$50M innovation portfolios with measurable ROI
- Fluency in at least two strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., STEEPPL, Delphi)
