Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework through trend analysis, horizon scanning, and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to identify high-impact opportunities for market disruption
- Produce executive-level reports on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market viability
- Establish strategic alliances with academic institutions and thought leadership organizations
- Design and implement organizational change management initiatives for 2026 transition readiness
- Mentor junior futurists and build a future-thinking culture across all departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact and organizational strategy
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications (AI, Web3, climate tech)
- Exceptional facilitation skills with C-suite and executive stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience leading global teams across diverse cultural and technological contexts
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, cross-impact analysis)
