- Lead scenario-planning workshops identifying disruptive trends across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Produce strategic briefings for executive leadership on emerging technological opportunities
- Establish cross-functional innovation pipelines to translate foresight into R&D priorities
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry conferences
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
- Author annual 'Horizon 2026' trend report for stakeholder distribution
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-building capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures methodologies preferred
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
