Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, economy, and socio-political domains
- Develop long-term strategic foresight frameworks with 5-10 year predictive capabilities
- Design and facilitate executive foresight workshops for Fortune 500 clients
- Author high-impact future scenario reports and innovation briefings
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate foresight into product development pipelines
- Build and maintain proprietary trend databases using AI-powered analytics
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor communities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Strong proficiency with AI/ML tools for data-driven trend forecasting
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
