Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum systems, and climate tech
- Develop multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Architect strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, CERN, and other innovation hubs
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members of Fortune 500 clients
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio with rapid prototyping capabilities
- Author quarterly 'FutureTech Briefings' distributed to 10,000+ industry leaders
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures thinking and agile innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AGI development, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (Nature Futures, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (ACF/SFPS) or Innovation Management
