Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces shaping 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for technological, societal, and market evolution
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with executive stakeholders and R&D teams
- Translate foresight insights into product roadmaps and strategic investment priorities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Author thought leadership publications on future-proofing organizations
- Champion human-centered design principles in technological innovation processes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Proven experience developing scenario planning frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism/innovation publications
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodology expertise
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams in tech-driven environments
