Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, geopolitical, and social domains
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks for executive decision-making
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Author high-impact future scenario reports and strategic recommendations
- Manage a portfolio of emerging technology pilots (AI, quantum, bio-convergence)
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor a team of junior futurists and innovation analysts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex concepts
- Experience working with C-suite executives in tech or Fortune 500 companies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning and trend impact analysis
