Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual trend reports analyzing disruptive technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive teams across finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Build predictive models using machine learning to forecast market disruptions through 2035
- Design innovation roadmaps for clients adopting next-gen automation and human-AI collaboration systems
- Present futures insights at industry conferences and publish thought leadership in top-tier publications
- Mentor junior futurists and maintain proprietary trend intelligence database
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, technology forecasting, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Systems Thinking, Futures Studies, or relevant technical field
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario planning projects
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum, AI, or biotechnology
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrices)
- Experience advising C-level executives on long-term strategic pivots
- Strong data visualization skills with tools like Tableau or Power BI
