Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for 2026+ tech disruptions (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI)
- Develop multi-year innovation roadmaps with measurable impact milestones
- Partner with product teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Deliver strategic briefings to investors and board members
- Build and lead a global futurist network of industry experts
- Author thought leadership pieces for industry publications
- Drive ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Published thought leadership (whitepapers, patents, TED talks)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating futuristic prototypes or concepts
