Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Models: Design and implement scalable generative model architectures, focusing on multimodal reasoning and agentic workflows.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and safety, pushing the boundaries of current LLM capabilities.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Oversee the deployment of large-scale models on cloud infrastructure, ensuring low-latency inference and high throughput.
- Model Fine-Tuning: Lead the fine-tuning and RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) processes to align models with enterprise business goals.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Innovation: Deep knowledge of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and recent advancements in AI safety and alignment.
