Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy large-scale machine learning models and deep learning architectures.
- Optimize inference pipelines to handle high-throughput data streams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing products.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model validation to ensure performance and accuracy.
- Research and implement novel techniques in NLP and Computer Vision.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality and reproducibility.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning or data science.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling and algorithm optimization.
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready ML systems.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Kubeflow).
