Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies for 2026 hospitality, VIP experiences, and brand activations.
- Coordinate with local municipalities, security teams, and international stakeholders across various host cities.
- Manage multi-million dollar budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and financial reporting.
- Oversee logistics, transportation, and accommodation planning for corporate clients and delegates.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of event coordinators, logistics planners, and temporary staff.
- Establish risk management protocols and contingency plans for large-scale public events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in large-scale event operations, international project management, or hospitality.
- Proven track record of successfully managing budgets exceeding $1M.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with international partners.
- Willingness to travel across the United States and internationally as needed.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive, non-negotiable deadlines.
