Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
- Manage cross-functional teams to drive project milestones, foster collaboration, and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Oversee project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring financial efficiency and cost control.
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively, developing contingency plans to keep projects on track.
- Communicate progress and status to stakeholders and executives through regular updates, reports, and presentations.
- Implement and enforce project management methodologies and quality standards across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field is required.
- 5+ years of experience in project management within a corporate setting.
- Proven experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
